Two plaintiffs have officially filed notice of their intent to sue a Tampa area sheriff’s office for excessive force in DUI arrests.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office will be listed as the defendant in two civil cases. Both plaintiff say they were injured at Orient Road Jail following DUI arrests. The plaintiffs were in the central breath testing area at the time of their injuries.
