TAMPA – a well-known criminal defense lawyer, faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.
He also faces a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance after deputies said they found Viagra in his car.
The 60-year-old Apollo Beach resident was arrested early Sunday at Islebay Drive and Sea Turtle Place in Apollo Beach, jail records show. He was released on $2,500 bail.
