Richard Perez was arrested early Monday morning in Osceola County near Florida Parkway and Osceola Parkway. Perez was driving his personal vehicle, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said.
Perez was relieved of duty and his law enforcement credentials were taken, authorities said.
