1. Deciding If You Need a Personal Injury Attorney for Your Claim

    March 7, 2012 by admin

Personal Injury Attorney Palm HarborSuffering an injury can dramatically impact your life. Whether your fell in someone’s house, were in a car accident, or something else happened to you, it can be a traumatic experience that interferes with how you function. And if your injury was substantial enough to cost you money, whether through lost wages or medical expenses, you’ll likely need to file a claim in small claims court.

Though you can do this on your own a lot of the time, especially if the claim is for a small amount, it might be advantageous to consider hiring a personal injury attorney.

Before you do anything, however, you need to first file a claim with your insurance company. This usually will cover the cost of medical expenses and vehicle repairs. If you’re satisfied with this, you don’t need to do anything else. However, if the insurance company won’t cover all of your expenses, you’ll need to file a claim. And that’s where a personal injury attorney can greatly help you.

You see, your insurance company will have attorneys representing them. So, if you want to have a fighting chance, it’s essential that you have professional representation as well. In fact, those that have representation are three times more likely to get a settlement than those who don’t. And it makes sense why. After all, having a lawyer argue your case means no stone is left unturned. Every avenue of argument is pursued. Plus, there will be no guesswork when dealing with complicated situations like if you’re a car accident and the other person didn’t have car insurance.

One thing you should keep in mind is that no matter what kind of injury you incur, you have a right to file a claim and a right to hire a personal injury attorney. You can file the claim against the insurance company or directly against the other person involved, it’s up to you. And truly, hiring representation is more often than not the best way to go. It’s the only way you can be assured that you’ll get the best results and the proper outcome to your case. After all, being injured can be traumatic to your life. It can interfere with your job and your lifestyle. If you were in a car accident, you could be out of a car for a while. All of these things are inconvenient and you deserve compensation for them.

Craig J. Martin, 53, of Taunton, was charged in an Information with two counts of bank fraud.

The information alleges that Martin, in acting as a closing attorney for real estate transactions, received mortgage loan funds from lenders, which were to be held in his attorney trust account and used for the closings. As closing attorney, Martin was responsible for using the loan proceeds to pay off the existing mortgages on the properties. 8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers scoring offseason DUI caes

    July 10, 2011 by admin

I hope the DUI arrests are going to stop eventually before the Season starts. Otherwise how Bucs will get  into the playoffs? Or Perhaps it’s just a preparation to season. Bucs are definitively winning that game as they have had more arrests this offseason than any other football team.

Bucsnation writes that “The four Buccaneers they’ve listed are Alex Magee (cited for possessing marijuana), Aqib Talib (felony assault with a deadly weapon), Assistant to the Head Coach Jay Kaiser (DUI) and Director of Pro Scouting Shelton Quarles (DUI). Brian Weiss, former Luxury Suite Sales Manager, was also listed, though it’s not clear whether he was even employed by the Bucs at the time of his arrest.”

  9. Alex Magee is Bucs #4 Arrested this Monday

    May 10, 2011 by admin

I hope Bucs will perform as good on the football field in a few months. Scoring 4 times on the DUI field Bucs might be trying to setup a new record.

Magee, 24, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and driving with a tag that’s been expired for more than six months. Because the amount of marijuana warranted only a misdemeanor charge, the officer issued Magee a citation and a court date and let him go.

  10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers DUIs

    May 1, 2011 by admin

Tampa Buccaneers football team might need to do a better job on educating its players in regards to drinking and NOT driving concept. Bucs GM Mark Dominik said that the recent string of DUI arrests within the organization is “disappointing”.

On April 1, 2011, Jay Kaiser, 37, the assistant to head coach Raheem Morris, became the third member of the coaching staff or front office to be arrested on DUI charges in the past eight months. Kaiser refused field-sobriety and blood-alcohol testing. He was released from jail after posting $500 bail. Pro scouting coordinator Shelton Quarles, 39, was arrested in March, and former defensive line assistant coach Chris Mosley, 32, was arrested in September.
