Pasco man guilty in DUI-manslaughter case

NEW PORT RICHEY – A Holiday man faces up to 45 years in prison after being convicted today in a drunken-driving wreck that killed two pedestrians.

A Pasco County jury deliberated for about 5 1/2 hours before finding Shannon Stephen guilty as charged of two counts of driving under the influence-manslaughter and one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving death.

Stephen, 38, was taken into custody after the verdict. He will be sentenced July 14.
