Top NY Yankees executive arrested on suspicion of DUI

TAMPA, Fla. – Mark Newman, the Yankees’ senior vice president of baseball operations, has been charged on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to the Associated Press, after Newman was arrested on Monday night, he refused to take a blood-alcohol test and was released on $500 bail.
Newman did not respond to a voice mail left on his cell phone.
